Transparency

Clear, direct information about what Vradela Xalapa does, how we operate, and what cooperatives can expect from us.

Six pillars of transparent operation

No sales intermediation

We never buy, sell, consign, or broker artisan products on behalf of any cooperative. Commercial relationships belong entirely to the cooperative.

No fund management

We do not hold, receive, transfer, or administer cooperative funds of any kind. Financial resources remain in the cooperative's own control at all times.

Training only

Our scope is defined and limited: we train, we document processes, we guide certification. We do not operate as a cooperative ourselves, nor do we act as a commercial agent.

Clear scope of work

Before any training engagement, the scope, content, and outputs are described in writing. Cooperatives know exactly what they are engaging with before they begin.

Cooperative autonomy

Every decision about products, pricing, market relationships, and cooperative governance remains the exclusive right of the cooperative and its members.

Open methodology

Our training content and methodology are not proprietary secrets. Cooperatives are welcome to review, share, and build on what they learn with us.

A training center. Specifically.

Vradela Xalapa is a training center in fair trade and solidarity economy. That description is exact and intentional. We train people. We help cooperatives document processes. We explain certification requirements. We teach pricing methodologies. We map export documentation requirements.

We do not manage money. We do not sell products. We do not negotiate on anyone's behalf. The moment a cooperative finishes training with us, they have everything they need to operate independently in any market they choose.

How to work with us

Contact us by phone, email, or by visiting our Xalapa location. We will discuss your cooperative's situation, identify which training modules are most relevant, and describe the process from there. There is no obligation to proceed after an initial conversation.

If something is unclear, ask us directly

We welcome any question about what Vradela Xalapa does or does not do. Transparency means being available to answer those questions clearly, without evasion. Contact us at any time.
